Boyfriend jeans, welcome to my life! Finally!

Hey everyone!

I am have a big announcement to make, I have found the perfect pair of boyfriend jeans that fit my body. I’ve tried so many, that I thought they were just not made for me and my body type. I think it’s super important to understand our bodies and to accept that some trends are just not for us, even if we LOVE it and really want to wear it! Ugh that happens so many times, it’s disappointing I know, but not everything is lost, trust me! Once you know your body, you’ll find things that actually look amazing on you and it’ll be GREAT, trust me! 🙂

Ok so let me tell you a little but about my body so you understand what I’m saying. I am 6’3 and thin. Yeah I know what you’re thinking, it’s not bad huh? Well trust me it is. I have a problem, which is my legs are too long and my width is too small. So every time I try a jean/short/pants or which ever bottom that fit my hips, aren’t long enough. So, when they are long enough, they’re not only big on the hips, but since the design is meant to be wide, the whole thing looks ENORMOUS on me. (so horrible!).

Going back to the boyfriend jean fit which I completely ADORE how it looks, I just gave up on the trend and thought I will never find THE ONES. Last week, I was running some errands and once I was done I wasn’t feeling like going back home, so I decided to check out any new sales at the mall. (4th of July Sales are down the corner, why not start earlier and get the best deals, right?).

I walk into Forever 21 and I look at a table full of amazing boyfriend jeans AND ripped, WOW. When I say amazing, I mean REALLY REALLY AMAZING. I immediately walk over there to see if they have some in my size, deep inside my heart I knew that once I tried them on, I would look like a clown wearing my husbands jeans LOL.

I take my size, and two sizes smaller! So I get a size 27, 25, and 24. I had a little hope in me, I really really did! Tried my size first, clown in the mirror, definitely not, HAHAHAHA. Tried the next smaller one, and I could not believe my eyes! They looked great on me and they were SO comfy!!! OMG I found the ones!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to get them in every color, but I was smart and decided I was going to try these ones at home with the right shoes and top, and then if I really feel I look like I thought I was getting the others ones.

Once I got home I tried them on again and I was convinced. They are great and I can’t believe I now own my first pair of boyfriend jeans that actually look like they’re supposed to. Did I tell you they’re are super affordable? They’re only $33!! WHAT!!!!!!

I will definitely get them in other colors and I will wear them every day if I can. Told you I was a jean type of girl!!
